As Marketing Manager, you will play a key part in the Austrian marketing team, reporting into the Senior Marketing Lead for Austria, you will ensure that all marketing activities align for our Austrian brand (Lieferando) with our brand identity and strategy across all touchpoints.

Our goal is to deliver best-in-class marketing initiatives and campaigns that target our local audience. You will make sure that everything we deliver is relevant and optimised for the Austrian market

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Play a vital role in the Austrian marketing team and the wider Marketing department.
• Play a major role in developing and delivering marketing plans and executing campaigns that target the Austrian market and its consumers.
• Lead and support marketing campaigns, covering topics such as building and maintaining partnerships, PR, media, city campaigns and many others.
• Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with the local teams based in Austria and partners, agencies & other HQ marketing teams, such as our in-house creative Studio, CRM, Digital, and PR.
• Defining KPIs that aim to maximize the efficiency of marketing investments & analyzing the performance of campaigns.
• Analyzing ongoing marketing initiatives and coming up with ideas for improving ROI.

What will you bring to the table?

• Fluent in English and Austrian German (written and spoken), very good knowledge of the Austrian market is a must.
• Marketing experience, preferably in an e-commerce or FMCG environment.
• You enjoy working in dynamic environments and are comfortable collaborating with various internal and external parties and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, with a proactive, problem-solving, and data-driven approach.
• Strategic thinking skills, excellent communication skills, with strong creative instincts, and a test-and-learn approach.
• Excellent prioritisation, planning, and organisation skills, with the ability to ensure successful project management and related evaluations.
• Positive attitude with an open and flexible mindset.
