We are seeking a skilled Warranty Claims Specialist & Technical Trainer to join our team in Klagenfurt (Austria). The successful candidate will manage warranty claims processing while delivering high-quality technical training to our dealer network. This dual role requires technical expertise, analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with dealers and customers on an international level.
Process and manage warranty/goodwill claims according to company standards
Prepare and conduct technical trainings to enhance service staff capabilities
Develop training materials for different proficiency levels
Support new vehicle launches through technical training preparation
Investigate unusual claims and contribute to quality improvements
Provide technical advice to dealers and coordinate with external trainers as needed
5+ years relevant experience, preferably in automotive after-sales
English (mandatory), Croatian or related Slavic language (mandatory)
