•Carrying out on-site inspections, maintenance and repairs of our robotic systems installed worldwide
•Analytical troubleshooting, problem solving and repair to ensure smooth machine operation
•Modernizations, system upgrades/retrofits
•Generating sales opportunities based on technical findings to support our strong growth path
•Training of customer personnel to utilize our equipment in the most efficient way
•Perform general and preventative maintenance.
•Proper assignment documentation and reporting
•Technical degree in either mechatronics, automation, electrical or mechanical engineering
•Good communication skills and strong service mindset when dealing with customers
•High flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 90%, also at short notice / weekends)
•Fluent in written and spoken English
