This position reports to

Head of Quality & OpEx Management

Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual passionate about integrated management systems. In this key role, you will:

• Develop and support our management systems (quality, environment, energy, occupational health and safety), including providing advice and training.
• Maintain and administer the database for legal requirements and permits.
• Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and handle customer inquiries.
• Contribute to projects, documentation, research, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications for the role

• Relevant education and experience in quality and environmental management or similar systems.
• Training and practical experience as an internal auditor.
• Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for standards and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaboration.
• Motivation to drive quality topics with assertiveness and persuasiveness.
• Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written.
