Skill Check

• Sound experience in project quality in the automotive sector
• Expert knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA standards
• Fluent in English, with excellent German language skills in spoken and written form
• Leadership experience and strong teamwork skills

Challenge Check

• Management and development of a team of Project Quality Engineers
• Support in customer projects and implementation of quality requirements
• Conducting audits, process approvals, and sampling
• Managing customer complaints and reporting quality indicators
