Director - Operations - Container Parks

This role will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of DP World’s Container Parks across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane to ensure safety, efficiency, financial performance, and exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Vice President – Container Parks, you will oversee the Operations Managers at each site and the Asset Manager.

Key Accountabilities

1. Oversee operational and financial performance targets across all Container Park sites and ensure these targets are met.
2. Monitor and review workforce productivity to maximize efficiency.
3. Ensure safety compliance at all sites, actively participating in safety meetings, investigations, and reporting.
4. Manage customer relationships and resolve operational service delivery concerns.
5. Ensure the efficient utilization of container park equipment and manpower.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

The successful candidate will possess:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing Container Parks.
• Experience leading operational teams across multiple sites, focusing on performance, culture, and accountability.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and effect change.
• High understanding of financial principles.
