Who are you

As a YouTube Specialist, you have a passion for YouTube and videos, experience in SEO, digital marketing, or video production. Thriving in dynamic environments, you embody a proactive mentality. Your skills are complemented by excellent written and spoken communication in German and English. A big plus is if you have worked in agencies before.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze trending topics on YouTube
• Create video scripts
• Optimize YouTube videos
• Prepare performance reports
• Analyze YouTube Channels
• Take part in workshop preparations
• Operate closely with the CEO, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams

Are you interested?

It’s a match if you have:

• Experience in SEO, digital marketing, or video production
• +2 years experience with YouTube
• Agency experience
• Agile approach
• Love for YouTube and video

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of any additional European languages
• Experience & Know-how with Google Ads
• Experience in Video Production

Our stack/how we work:

• Our project management tool is Coda; other tools include Slack, Google Suite, Canva, Happyscribe, etc.
• We catch up in weekly standups and one-to-one meetings. Chats take place in Slack while we discuss more extensive topics in video calls. If necessary, we can hold brainstorming sessions and workshops in person at the office.
