As the CS&I (Commercial Strategy and Implementation) Retail Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering winning retail excellence of the local business, embodying depth of understanding in what needs to be true to deliver executional excellence across the channels. Reporting to the CS&I DACH Retail Excellence Manager, you will partner with the local team to deliver Best in class execution in market.

Experience Required

1. 5 years+ experience in a large FMCG/Consumer Health environment
2. Experience within Shopper & Trade Marketing & Sales Teams
3. Experience managing analytically rigorous corporate programs
4. Proven ability to translate insights informing the development of winning instore strategies
5. Fluent in written and spoken English and German
