Full-time

Doka – an innovative and reliable partner in the construction industry for over 150 years.

As a leading provider of formwork and scaffolding solutions, we understand our customers' challenges. Our more than 9,000 employees across 58 countries and 160 locations worldwide are dedicated and passionate. Join us to realize your potential in a supportive, high-performance environment focused on growth. Let's shape the future together.

We make it work.

As Requirements Manager, you will be part of our CC Digital Engineering team, responsible for developing efficient processes for planning support, work, and facade scaffolding, involving both existing and new software applications.

Do you enjoy understanding customer requirements, creating use cases, and collaborating on software implementation? Are you a technical allrounder who bridges user needs, solutions, and technical execution? Do teamwork, a hands-on approach, and open communication motivate you? Are you eager to learn and grow with new tasks?

If so, we offer a role with the following main responsibilities:

  • Understanding, analyzing, and documenting scaffolding requirements
  • Defining scope for planning based on analysis
  • Transforming business requirements into technical specifications and comparing with standard software
  • Creating use cases and functional/software requirements when standard solutions are insufficient
  • Implementing scaffolding software in the organization, including training
  • Organizing acceptance tests and overseeing concept and test maturity
  • Identifying costs, efforts, and implementation steps
  • Engaging in process modeling, visualization, and documentation activities
  • Coordinating with other departments and international branches
  • Participating actively in backlog prioritization and new feature development

Required qualifications include relevant professional experience in scaffolding, quick comprehension, analytical and solution-oriented thinking, initiative, and organizational skills. Knowledge of software visualization and documentation, stakeholder needs assessment, and project management experience with agile or hybrid methods are desirable. Fluency in English is required; German skills are a plus. We seek an open, flexible team player with a high solution orientation.

We offer:

  • Independent work in a successful international company
  • Varied responsibilities with growth opportunities
  • Modern work environment, staff amenities, and wellness facilities
  • Collaborative, motivated team

The salary is aligned with market standards, based on qualifications and experience.

The minimum gross annual salary according to collective agreement (woodworking industry) is EUR 46,290.44. Legal requirements mandate stating this minimum.
