This role involves working within the Group Corporates division, focusing on syndicated/club loans and complex corporate transactions across the CEE region. The candidate will be part of a dynamic, international team, originating and executing loan structures for various industries.

Your Tasks

• Participate in origination efforts with top corporate clients, including preparing pitches and attending meetings.
• Assist in preparing credit applications, financial models, and briefing materials for senior management.
• Support in executing syndicated and complex transactions, reviewing documentation.
• Engage with syndication partners and contribute to marketing activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across geographies.
• Monitor portfolio assets, prepare reports, and manage risks.

Your Background

• Degree in finance, business, economics, law, or similar, with a focus on banking or corporate finance.
• Understanding of financial statements and deal structures, eager to learn and detail-oriented.
• 2-4 years experience in syndication, structured finance, or related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
