Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity (f/m/x)

For our Power Utility Communication Team in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) and Berlin (Germany), we seek a driven Inside Sales Representative to be the first contact point for cybersecurity prospects in German-speaking countries and beyond.

Role Details

Position: Inside Sales Representative – Cybersecurity, full or part-time (f/m/x)

Responsibilities

  1. Qualify leads and conduct initial outreach via calls, social media, etc.
  2. Follow up with prospects from marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.
  3. Coordinate follow-up appointments for the Cybersecurity Sales Manager.
  4. Maintain and enrich CRM data in MS Dynamics 365.
  5. Identify and generate new IT decision-maker contacts using social media and other tools.
  6. Support marketing by closing the loop on campaign-generated leads.
  7. Use reporting tools (Power BI, CRM) to track outreach performance and pipeline.

Candidate Profile

  • Technical background in IT, with knowledge in networking and/or cybersecurity preferred.
  • Strong digital skills and willingness to learn new tools like social selling.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and very good English; confident in outreach and handling rejection.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, structured, with strong organizational skills.
  • Hands-on attitude with a flair for technical sales and a drive to succeed.
