1. Developing Java services for next-generation control center solutions
2. Applying your experience with Java technologies and software architecture design
3. Ensuring high product stability and quality
4. Participating in planning, implementation, and continuous improvement
5. Working in a cross-functional, agile team
6. Contributing architectural decisions
7. Supporting and motivating your team with enthusiasm
8. Working independently and proactively
