In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the distribution of products/systems/services within a defined market/area in line with the business strategy. Every day, you'll meet both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also demonstrate your know-how by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The working model for the role is: HybridYou are mainly responsible for: • Sale of drive components in your assigned sales territory.• Identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential new customers• Analysis of customer needs and monitoring of competitors• Acquisition of new customers (sales partners and end customers), support of existing customers, opening up new markets as part of the corporate strategy.• Continuous increase in sales volume and margin in the drive technology portfolio• You will develop an annual sales plan as well as solutions and tenders and ensure their implementation.• Obtaining offers from suppliers, conducting contract negotiations and contract conclusions, as well as tracking and processing them.• Close cooperation with the service, order processing, product management and marketing departments.• You document all your activities, planning, and follow-ups in our central CRM tool Salesforce and internal tools.• Fair and event support• Acting independently with a keen sense of your colleagues and the business – in line with our ABB core values of security and integrity
