Join our Certificates & Equity Trading Tribe. At RBI, we are committed to developing and operating cutting-edge infrastructure and software solutions for our Certificates and Equity issuance and Market Making business. We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure/Data Center Administrator to play a pivotal role in operating the baseline infrastructure of our Market Making and Certificates Platforms.

As an experienced IT infrastructure / data center administrator, you will play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the server and infrastructure landscape of our Market Making Platform and Certificates Platforms. You will collaborate closely with various IT teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure our systems meet the highest standards of performance and security.

Your Mission At RBI

  1. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure components in our data centers.
  2. Collaborate with internal IT, security, and business teams to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Ensure continuous operation and high performance of IT systems.
  4. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
  5. Adhere to security standards and best practices.
  6. Perform system patching and upgrades regularly.

Your Core Competencies

  1. Proven experience in IT infrastructure and data center management.
  2. Strong knowledge of network and routing technologies; Cisco experience is advantageous.
  3. Proficiency with firewall technologies, e.g., Checkpoint.
  4. Familiarity with storage technologies, e.g., NetApp.
  5. Basic knowledge of VMware and Linux.
  6. Experience with cloud solutions such as AWS or Azure.
  7. Keen attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
  8. Understanding of cybersecurity principles.
  9. Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
