Position

We are now looking for a Head Chef to join our team here at Radisson RED Vienna!

Responsibilities

As Head Chef at Radisson RED Vienna, you will:

1. Ensure the heart and soul of Radisson RED beats loudly and strong.
2. Create the RED volution where our guests can’t wait to come back and experience the moment again.
3. Capture feedback at every opportunity and make things happen with your unique personality.
4. Manage budgets and inventory, whilst working proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the kitchen department.

Our kitchen team has a taste for developing the flavours to cook up a storm and strives to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.

Requirements

• Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
• An eye for detail
• Is a creative problem-solver
• Passionate about creating extraordinary service
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a plus!
• Experience in a similar position is essential
