About the role
As a Project Manager, you will be simultaneously managing a portfolio of projects, typically within the education and office fitout segments.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, in line with customer expectations and quality requirements
Proactively liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress, issues, etc.
Ensuring customer complaints are resolved with appropriate communication to key stakeholders
Providing feedback to internal departments regarding quality, delivery and product developments
Develop key relationships with architects and builders
Sell and promote customised products and service to build repeat customer base
What you need to Thrive in this role
1 - 3 years' experience in a similarrole
Strong customer focus with attention to detail and an ability to problem solve
Ability to grasp and convey technical concepts
Effective time management and prioritisation skills
Solid computer skills, including Word and Excel
Able to create good relationships with clients and stakeholders
Proactive, go-getter attitude andwilling to go the extra mile
Ability totravel across the state (essential)
Exposure to the construction and/or commercial building industry is an advantage
