Software Developer (f/m/d)

In this role, you’ll oversee Microsoft stack maintenance and drive the development of innovative business applications. With your extensive experience and technical prowess, you’ll be instrumental in shaping digital solutions across diverse business areas.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

1. Maintenance and support for the Microsoft stack at AOP (Functionalities and applications implemented within Office 365 and Azure)
2. Requirement Engineering and consulting for internal digital business applications (workflows, reports, dashboards, applications etc.) in different business areas (e.g. finance, controlling, commercial, communication, research etc.)
3. Setup, configuration, adaption, and development of business applications using Microsoft Frameworks, tools and related programming languages as well as modern web technologies (JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS etc.)
4. Guidance of external service providers in the delivery
5. Review and documentation of implemented applications and functionalities
6. Maintain good documentation for all implementations to ensure maintainability and reliability

Your Qualifications and Experience

1. Degree in Information Technology (University, FH)
2. At least 10 years professional experience in software development
3. At least 5 years professional experience with Microsoft Technologies and tools (Power platform – flow, bi, automate; SharePoint, Teams, Azure database etc.)
4. Development Experience in C-sharp, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, sharepoint framework
5. Practical experience with BI and ERP-Systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics
6. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
7. Familiarity with data modelling and schema design
8. Familiarity with .NET development tools (e.g. Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code)
9. Analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Strong communication skills in dealing with both internal and external partners
11. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German
