Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our global user base. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients in the cryptocurrency industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate solutions and exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with account management, transactions, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Stay informed about KuCoin’s products, services, and industry trends to provide up-to-date support.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to address complex customer issues.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer concerns and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Information Technology).
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with teams and other departments.
  • Shift Work: Willingness to work rotational shifts, five days a week.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets or blockchain technology.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, fluency in one of the following languages will be a plus: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, or Dutch.
