Are you a SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant ready to step into a high-impact role? Our client is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Time Management solutions within SuccessFactors, supporting a major enterprise transformation.
You will work across core areas including work schedules, leave management, accruals, and payroll integration, collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class solution across multiple platforms including SAP Payroll (S/4HANA) and UKG Pro/Kronos.


Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure Time Management modules within SAP SuccessFactors:
  • Daily/weekly work schedules
  • Leave types (including purchased/cash-out leave)
  • Accrual rules, entitlements, and quota management
• Translate complex business requirements into effective SAP design
• Lead and facilitate workshops with HR, Payroll, and key stakeholders
• Build, test, and deploy configurations in SuccessFactors
• Develop integrations with:
  • SAP Payroll (S/4HANA or ECP)
  • UKG Pro/Kronos (time capture/scheduling)
  • Other internal or third-party platforms (via CPI/BTP)

About You – Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementation experience
• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management (mandatory)
• Proven expertise in:
  • Work schedules, public holiday calendars, and time types
  • Leave rules, accrual logic, carryovers, forfeitures
  • Purchased and cash-out leave scenarios
• Strong knowledge of Australian HR and payroll legislation
• Integration experience with SAP Payroll (S/4HANA/ECP) and UKG Pro/Kronos
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI/BTP) highly regarded
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, documentation, and Agile or hybrid delivery

Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Certification (required)
• SAP EC Core and SAP Payroll (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HRIS, Business, or related discipline
• Bonus: Exposure to ADP GlobalView, ServiceNow, multi-vendor environments
