Join to apply for the Data Engineer/Application Manager (f/m/x) - Customer Masterdata Management role at Raiffeisen Bank International AG.

We are looking for a professional (f/m/x) to support our IT Agile Delivery Client Coverage. The role involves application management, questioning existing processes, and thinking innovatively. Our teams focus on delivering operations and innovations, acting as interfaces between business units and solution partners.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the operation and development of the Customer Master Data IT system
  • Leading the migration of customer data from Oracle to Databricks, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Designing and implementing ingestion pipelines and data products on Databricks
  • Maintaining and optimizing the legacy Oracle system during the transition
  • Ensuring compliance with Security and ITPF standards
  • Evaluating database performance and scalability
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on agile projects
  • Driving software testing and quality assurance
  • Supporting data analytics initiatives through effective mapping and interface design

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Experience with Oracle SQL and database management
  • Familiarity with Databricks ecosystem
  • Proficiency in Python for data pipelines and automation
  • Experience with event integration technologies like Apache Pulsar
  • Architectural mindset focused on scalable data solutions
  • Excellent English communication skills; German or other CEE languages a plus
  • Self-motivated, structured, proactive, and innovative
