Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 - HR / HRM (all genders)

Your mission

• Analysing customer requirements and creating specifications for adaptations or extensions of Microsoft D365 HR and/or HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive)
• Supporting our customers in the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR or HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive)
• Providing technical and methodological advice to our customers on the creation of business processes and workflows to ensure full fulfilment of their business requirements
• Conducting trainings and workshops on the use of Microsoft D365 HR or HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive)
• Collaborate with other members of the Dynamics 365 implementation teams

Your profile

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR, HR Management for Dynamics 365 (Hubdrive), comparable HR management solutions in a consulting environment or experience in another Microsoft Dynamics 365 application
• Alternatively, several years of practical experience in the field of human resources or as a key user in the implementation of an HR solution
• Analytical skills, a high level of abstraction and a strong understanding of HR processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• IT affinity and technical understanding
• Enjoy dealing with people, high customer orientation and fun working in a team
• Very good German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
