Job Description

We're looking for a sharp, positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Large Customer Sales team. As a Client Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with your Client Partner on campaign execution and optimizations to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on Reddit.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed marketing goals
• Manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners to drive revenue growth
• Lead and execute campaign launches, providing optimization recommendations
• Act as the main contact for account operations and troubleshooting
• Educate clients on Reddit’s advertising platform and best practices
• Advise on campaign strategies aligned with client objectives
• Work with Ad Ops to ensure campaign delivery and resolve issues
• Analyze campaign data and market trends to optimize performance
• Gather and share client feedback to shape product roadmap
• Identify and implement areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years in advertising sales and account management
• Understanding of marketing funnels and digital measurement
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel preferred
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Additional Information:

This is a 6-month contract with a possibility of extension, 40 hours/week. No C2C engagements or visa sponsorship available. The interview process includes 2-3 rounds and an initial AI screening.
