Customer Success Consultant

Role Description

Txture is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Customer Success Consultant to join our team. As a Customer Success Consultant, you will utilize the Txture product suite and your cloud expertise to manage client projects and create tailored solutions to ensure they derive maximum value from Txture. You will lead technical onboarding sessions for new clients and partners, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of Txture software. Supporting the sales team with technical insights during the sales cycle to attract new clients is also a key responsibility. Collaboration with the product team is essential, sharing insights from client interactions to inform product development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate client projects to ensure successful onboarding and adoption
• Identify client and partner needs, providing technical solutions and support
• Assist the sales team as a technical expert during client engagement and proposals
• Respond to product feature and technical inquiries from customers, partners, and system integrators
• Provide training and guidance to partners and clients
• Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations
• Collaborate with the product team to influence product strategy, roadmap, and feature development based on client feedback

Your Profile

• Degree in STEM or strong IT experience
• Knowledge of or experience with cloud ecosystems, FinOps, IT transformation, or willingness to learn
• General understanding of IT infrastructure and software products
• Analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset
• Project management experience
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Austria
• On-site in Vorarlberg (Unterland) or Innsbruck/Tyrol area; remote work options available
• Entrepreneurial spirit, results-focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment
