Your main roles and responsibilities
Be part of our global Data & AI team and actively contribute to our AI initiatives
Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions
Build and integrate robust APIs for AI service deployment
Develop and deploy machine learning models from conceptualization to production using established software development standards
Establish and maintain Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines for AI models
Monitor, maintain, and optimize model performance in production environments
You are just right for this role if
You possess strong ML Engineering skills, including model development, training, and optimization
You have experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., Langchain) and RAG implementations
You're interested in building and deploying AI agents and automated systems
You’re interested in prompt engineering and LLM optimization
You're skilled in API development and integration
You're experienced with Ops tools and practices (Mosaic, MLflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines e.g., Gitlab)
Ideally, you already have hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing and modeling
You want to stay current with the latest developments in AI and ML technologies
You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
You can work effectively in a team environment
You have excellent communication skills in English to engage effectively with a global team

A gross annual salary for 38.5 hours per week from EUR 37,500 - the actual salary is based on the current market and takes qualifications and experience into account
