Internal Risk Model Specialist Non-Life Insurance (all genders, maternity cover)

Your Tasks

1. Validation of the internal risk model and its results in the non-life area
2. Participation in processes related to the internal risk model (model development, model changes, use of model results in relevant business areas, documentation)
3. Supporting VIG companies in using the model in their respective countries
4. Optimization of methods and tools used (automation, development of existing techniques)
5. Supporting complex technical/regulatory issues

Qualifications

• Completed studies (mathematics, economics, or a comparable quantitative/actuarial field)
• First professional experience in risk management, actuarial work, consulting, supervisory authority, or financial services is an advantage
• Actuarial knowledge in non-life insurance
• Strong data and IT affinity
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English skills; German and/or CEE languages are a plus

This full-time position is to be filled immediately as a maternity leave replacement.
