CRM Solution Architect (w/m/x) Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Austria

In the CRM team, you will play a key role within a vibrant community, engaging in diverse projects ranging from consulting and configuration to custom development of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Our focus is on optimizing existing solutions and developing tailored applications to meet our clients' specific needs.
You will have the opportunity to work with modern technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure Cloud, DevOps, .NET, and more. These tools will allow you to continuously develop your technical skills in a dynamic environment. Skills and Experience
- Extensive technical expertise in MS Business Solutions, especially MS Dynamics CRM/CE, and architecture design.
- Knowledge and experience in requirements engineering, preferably in agile settings.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design for marketing, sales, and service.
- Structured and methodical approach to developing technical and functional solutions.
- Experience working with clients and in agile project teams.
- Preferred: extensive experience in .NET (C#), JavaScript, TypeScript, and DevOps.

- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.

- Ability to quickly grasp complex topics and present them clearly.
- Willingness to travel as required by projects.
- Fluent in German and English (minimum B2/C1).
Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients in defining integrated solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
- Take overall responsibility for technical implementation and act as a liaison between clients and development teams.
- Advise clients on building enterprise-wide CRM platforms regarding technical implementation.
- Record client requirements systematically within our CRM project methodology.
- Utilize Avanade's internal assets, tools, and best practices in application lifecycle management for D365 CE, including data management and DevOps pipelines.
- Apply proven testing frameworks like Avanade UI-Automation with Specflow and established testing strategies.
- Support sales during relevant acquisition phases as a technical or functional expert.
- Lead project teams in developing sustainable solution concepts.
