Bancassurance Partnership Manager (m/f/d)

Role Overview

In this role, you will manage existing relationships with banks and leasing companies, develop new partnerships, and oversee the execution of our bancassurance strategy. You will focus on enhancing business growth, partner and customer satisfaction through collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Responsibilities

  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to achieve mutual business goals.
  2. Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and project execution.
  3. Oversee partnership performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
  4. Collaborate with local units for business understanding and development.
  5. Support internal initiatives to strengthen cooperation with bank partners.
  6. Create opportunities for dialogue within internal teams to facilitate exchange and best practice sharing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in retail insurance and/or banking.
  • Understanding of insurance products for retail clients.
  • Proven track record in managing business partnerships, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
  • Experience in presenting internally and externally.
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage tasks effectively.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Hours: 38.5/week
  • Minimum salary: €60,000 gross/year
  • Start date: As soon as possible
