Interim SAP HSE Consultant & Project Manager (m/w/d)

The SAP HSE Consultant & Project Manager is responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of the SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management (EHS) module. This role includes managing the SAP OM Organisation Structure, which is crucial for integrating and controlling various business functions such as HR, Finance, and other operational areas within the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of the SAP EHS module, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
• Manage the overall project to ensure timely delivery, budget control, and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and integrate SAP EHS solutions effectively.
• Drive the adoption of the module by working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Maintain and optimize the SAP OM Organisation Structure to reflect accurate management and control of the entity.
• Facilitate training sessions and create documentation to support end-user training and system understanding.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP EHS to ensure the system remains relevant and compliant with global standards and regulations.
• Address and resolve any issues related to the SAP EHS implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in SAP project management, including hands-on experience with SAP EHS implementations.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and experience leading large projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking to address implementation challenges.
• SAP certification in EHS or related modules is highly preferred.
