ANDRITZ is seeking a Global Service Operation Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Digital & Technical Service to support the Green Hydrogen, Renewable Fuels, and Power-2X Division in further setting up the service business.

In your role, you are

  • Developing, implementing, and executing the service strategy for Green Hydrogen along with the Power2X offering to achieve revenue and sustainable growth.
  • Implementing the agreement management concept.
  • Aligning concepts with our technology and modular engineering offerings.
  • Shaping the global service organization leveraging existing manufacturing and service setups.
  • Streamlining processes for technical service, including warranty services.
  • Implementing digital solutions for Green Hydrogen Performance Centers.

Your Tasks

  • Customer Service Management: Address complaints and inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure the team meets and exceeds commitments on Long Term Service Agreements.
  • Manage after-sales services for timely, quality service delivery.
  • Enhance service delivery and operational efficiency through process improvements.
  • Lead the development and digitalization of remote services strategies.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop remote services personnel, managing operations with industry best practices.
  • Monitor and improve service performance via KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Resolve operational, manufacturing, and service issues to reduce costs and delays.
  • Regularly review operational results to achieve business objectives.

Your Personal Skills

  • Technical degree or education in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams, preferably in service roles.
  • Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Customer-focused, collaborative approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills internally and externally.
  • Proven problem-solving and operational management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time.

In Austria, the minimum gross monthly salary is €4,269.07, with market-based salary offers depending on qualifications and experience.
