Job Description:

• Ensuring that the business unit´s product portfolio (packaging solutions for food and non-food) meets existing and future customer and regulatory requirements to offer competitive advantage.
• Close alignment with Business Development, Production and Sales to keep an eye on market developments and respond to customer needs.
• Management of the delfort product portfolio with specifications for paper, paper storage, usability, printing, processing.
• Development and implementation of a market-oriented R&D roadmap for fiber-based packaging solutions.
• Monitoring, optimization, control of development processes.
• Leading a dedicated team of experts and specialists who contribute to the development, maintenance and application of products in our matrix organization.

Your profile:

• Profound international experience in flexible packaging markets and ideally converting background.
• University degree (preferably technical) or equivalent.
• Paper production or processing knowledge beneficial.
• Experience in leading technical teams in matrix organizations.
• High proficiency in English; German is an advantage.
• Networker with a communicative personality combined with strong cooperation and coordination skills.
• Proactive and result-driven mindset, hands-on.
