Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our finance team. In this role, you will take ownership of internal financial reporting, ensuring that decision-makers across the company have accurate and timely insights into our performance.

You will play a key role in the preparation and development of margin analysis, P&L statements, KPI tracking, and internal budgeting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on improving processes, and is comfortable collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain internal management reports, including monthly and quarterly P&L reports, margin analyses, and variance explanations
• Support and manage salary cost calculations and allocations across departments
• Support the development and implementation of budgeting processes
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help drive business decisions
• Assist in designing KPIs and tracking tools to support strategic planning
• Continuously improve and automate reporting workflows
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support finance-related decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
• First experience in a finance or controlling role
• Understanding of financial statements, internal reporting, and budgeting
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Strong command of English and solid conversational German
• Proactive mindset and hands-on attitude
