With over 135 years of experience in the production of exquisite teas, our products set the benchmarks for tea and tea products in the food sector year after year. Aiya Europe, with offices in Hamburg and Vienna, is responsible for distribution in Europe. Our product portfolio covers the entire spectrum from bulk products for industrial customers to retail products for end consumers. We have been IFS Broker certified since 01.01.2021. For our branch in Vienna, KISSA Tea GmbH, we are looking to fill the position as soon as possible:

Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Fulltime – Vienna

Your future field of activity

• Management of one of the internal sales teams
• Acquiring new customers by contacting customers by telephone
• Conclusion of orders after prior pre-qualification of leads and setting of customer appointments by the internal sales team
• Onboarding new customers
• Documentation and maintenance of data in our CRM database

About you

• You are a communicative sales professional or career changer and have sales in your blood
• You enjoy celebrating personal successes and are motivated by challenges
• You work independently, have a confident manner, are eloquent and have a high willingness to learn
• You have several years of experience in customer acquisition or customer service and have already gained experience in managing sales staff
• You speak German and one of the other languages French/English/Italian/Spanish business fluently
• Experience in sales and commercial knowledge are an advantage

Salary

An annual salary of at least €40,000 on a full-time basis is envisaged for this position. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications.
