Information Technology Application Manager

We're hiring for an IT Application Manager to support critical IT systems in a GxP-regulated environment for one of our key clients in Kundl, Austria. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global environment and ensure smooth, compliant application management.

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Full-Time Employment (preferred) | Freelance also considered

Salary: Up to €65,000 gross p.a. (Freelance: €45/h)

Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite in Kundl)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, support, and maintain IT applications within a regulated (GxP) environment
• Oversee system documentation, validation, and compliance with internal/external standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Drive incident, change, and problem management for key applications
• Ensure audit readiness and support inspections

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in IT Application Management within a regulated/GxP environment
• Strong understanding of documentation and validation processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work 2–3 days a week onsite in Kundl
