Your Impact

As a key member of our leadership team, you will:

• Manage day-to-day commercial operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee financial processes including budgeting, accounting, and cost controls.
• Lead procurement and supply chain planning to ensure seamless delivery of critical components.
• Coordinate purchase orders and vendor management activities.
• Support regulatory and quality teams with materials planning and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational forecasting.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in commercial operations, ideally in medical devices, pharma, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain logistics, purchasing, and materials management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.
