For our client, an international company based in Baden, we are looking for a Corporate Procurement Specialist (m/f/d).

General Information:

  • Location: Baden
  • Contract: Temporary
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 1.5 years (extension possible)
  • Working Hours: 100%
  • Type of working: Home office possible 5 days/week

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of corporate procurement strategies across multiple domains.
  • Support IT-related projects (e.g., services, hardware, software, and operations) from a procurement and sourcing standpoint.
  • Contribute to process improvements in areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Supplier Risk & Performance Management, and Procurement Sustainability.
  • Ensure alignment and compliance with procurement policies, standards, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver strategic sourcing and category management projects.
  • Analyze supplier markets and develop negotiation strategies to drive cost savings and added value.
  • Utilize procurement tools such as SAP Ariba (including eAuctioning), Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and decision-making support.

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in sourcing, category management, or IT-related procurement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a highly organized, results-driven approach.
  • Proven expertise in contract management.
  • Proficiency in SAP Ariba, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Business fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
