We’re looking for a commercially-minded, highly motivated Merchandise Planner/Buyer to join our fast-paced retail team and play a critical role in our next stage of growth.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, loves data and product in equal measure, and wants to grow into a future Senior Buyer/Planner role. You'll support our Head of Design, Planning, Buying & Production across seasonal planning, buying, financial forecasting, and stock optimisation — with real ownership and room to grow.

We’re a multi-brand fashion retailer with a fast-growing in-house label, as well as a curated selection of external brands and stockhouse lines. This is a rare opportunity to work across both buying and planning in a role that’s truly strategic and commercial.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning & Forecasting

Support seasonal and annual merchandise planning across internal and external categories.

Build and maintain WSSI, OTB, and demand planning tools.

Review stock flow and performance, making recommendations to optimise margin and avoid under/overstocking.

Lead replenishment strategies for core product lines — ensuring we’re never out of our bestsellers.

Buying – In-House & External

Assist in range architecture and seasonal buying for stockhouses and external indent brands.

Raise and manage POs, maintain accurate delivery timelines and style trackers.

Liaise with external suppliers and ensure all products are delivered on time, to margin, and with commercial outcomes in mind.

Analyse weekly trade, identify opportunities, and take swift action on rebuys, markdowns, and missed demand.

Support & Growth

Collaborate closely with the VA, production manager, warehouse, and other internal teams.

Provide cover when the Head of Department is on leave — take ownership and lead.

Dive into core product categories and contribute to our long-term growth strategy.

Grow into a future senior leader and build strong commercial foundations along the way.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a planning and or buying, role in retail or fashion.

Extensive experience creating and managing a WSSI from scratch — you can confidently build, adapt, and analyse stock and sales flow using a WSSI as a key decision-making tool.

Experience working in multi-brand retailer (ideal but not essential).

Exceptional attention to detail and a true hunger to learn, grow, and take ownership.

Confident communicator – you’ll be dealing with suppliers, internal teams, and supporting leadership.

Energetic, proactive, and always one step ahead.

WHY JOIN US

Big impact in a fast-moving business – your voice and actions matter here and are valued.

Genuine growth pathway to a Senior Planner/Buyer role within 12–18 months, based on performance and achievement of key KPIs.

Staff discounts, supportive culture, and the opportunity to shape our next chapter.

Apply now with your resume and a short cover letter telling us why you’re the right fit.
