Customer Service German Speaker w/Relocation Package

Join us for the Customer Service German Speaker w/Relocation Package role at BLEDAK.

Job Title: Customer Support German Speaker with Relocation Package

Department: Sales

Company: Leading Technology Company

Location: Portugal or Porto

Contract Type: CDD 6 months (with possibility of renewal)

Work Model: On-site

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, including bank holidays, between 08:00 and 20:00 (rotational shifts); Saturday and Sunday: 8:00-17:00 (rotational shifts)

Days Off: 2 days off per week

Salary & Compensation:

  • Welcome Bonus: 3000 euro
  • Base Salary: 1,100 euro per 14 months
  • Performance Bonus: 135 euro per 12 months
  • Complexity Bonus: 120 euro per 11 months
  • Position Bonus (Braga only): 20 euro per 12 months

Allowances & Benefits:

  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 euro per working day
  • Transport Allowance: 20 euro per month
  • Health Insurance: Coverage from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months
  • Relocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal

Your Role: As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

  • Support customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting
  • Communicate across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs
  • Handle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindset
  • Log and manage all customer interactions with attention to detail

Who You Are:

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in Customer Service or Sales Support (preferred)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools
  • Skilled in communication and multitasking
  • Resilient and calm under pressure, with a proactive attitude
