Experienced Business Development Manager – Mental Health & Wellbeing Solutions (Commission-Only)

Join Survive to Thrive Nation (STTN), a mission-driven organisation revolutionising mental health support in Australian workplaces. We're seeking a seasoned B2B sales professional with a strong background in consultancy, desirable if it is mental health or wellness (but not necessary) to drive our expansion into various industries.

The Role:

  • Identify and engage potential clients across industries such as construction, hospitality, education, and healthcare.
  • Present and promote our peer-driven EAP solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Close deals that align with our mission to enhance workplace mental health.
  • Work autonomously, managing your pipeline and sales strategies.

  • Commission-Only Structure: Earn 10% commission per sale. These are significant deals ranging from medium to large companies.
