About the role: Senior Program Analyst – Customer Transformation (12 month contract)

Reporting into the Program Delivery Lead, the Senior Program Analyst will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Customer Transformation Program. Working closely with the PMO Delivery Lead and Workstream Leads, you’ll help establish program governance & tracking, embed strong risk controls, and change.

  • Support the successful delivery of a large-scale Customer Transformation Program by coordinating multiple workstreams and maintaining an integrated program schedule.
  • Utilise Jira to manage, monitor, and report on progress, risks, and dependencies across the program.
  • Proactively identify schedule slippage or delivery risks and work with stakeholders to recommend and implement course-correction strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops and planning sessions with cross-functional teams to align on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare program-level reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools to support informed decision-making.
  • Draw on experience in program or project analyst roles to provide end-to-end support across governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

About You:

You’re a proactive and detail-oriented Program Analyst with experience supporting complex, multi-stream programs and thrive in dynamic environments. Additionally, you will have some of the following:

  • Proven experience in a similar role supporting large-scale programs (not just single projects), ideally involving multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira for scheduling, tracking progress, and managing dependencies across complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret program data, with proficiency in Excel for reporting, dashboards, and insights.
  • Experience facilitating or contributing to workshops, planning sessions, and team alignment activities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments, with the ability to identify delivery risks and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong ability to lead and influence stakeholders and the ability to communicate concepts to a wide audience
