Jobbeschreibung

We’re looking for a bold thinker and hands-on leader to guide Atomic’s global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business. This isn’t just a leadership role - it’s your chance to shape how people around the world experience skiing online. You’ll own our e-commerce strategy from top to bottom, and help millions of skiers connect with Atomic in smarter, more seamless ways - from their first click to their final turn on snow. This role blends big-picture strategy with daily execution. You’ll work across teams, drive digital innovation, and keep the consumer experience front and center. If you're ready to build something lasting at a brand that’s grounded in heritage and driven by what’s next - this is your shot.

What you will be doing:

  • Define and lead our global e-commerce vision and roadmap- aligning it with Atomic’s brand values and business goals in every market we serve.
  • Oversee the financial performance of our e-commerce business. Set clear goals and track key metrics like traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value to drive smart, sustainable growth.
  • From paid search and SEO to on-site campaigns, checkout, and post-purchase support - you’ll improve every part of the digital shopping journey to make it easier, faster, and more rewarding for skiers around the world.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including the product catalog, merchandising, order fulfillment, payment systems, and logistics. The goal: a seamless, reliable, and user-friendly experience from click to delivery.
  • Act as the link between commercial, IT, and digital marketing teams. Use tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SAP Analytics Cloud to turn data into actions that move the business forward.
  • Evaluate and evolve our digital tools - Magento, Shopify, headless CMS platforms, and more - to support growth and scalability.
  • Keep Atomic at the cutting edge of digital commerce by spotting shifts in consumer behavior and exploring emerging tech.
  • Run regular performance reviews and strategy sessions with key stakeholders. Ensure the business, brand, and digital direction are always moving in sync.

Your profile and required competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, E-Commerce, Digital, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Retail, or App-based Business - ideally within a consumer goods or brand environment
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional teams with strong people and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) and digital business models, with a focus on the key drivers of online growth
  • Business-fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify), headless CMS, PIM/PCM systems, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI), and project management software (Asana, JIRA). Experience with complex tech environments is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to translate insights into action
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach

What’s in it for you:

At Atomic, you’ll fuel your passion for skiing and the outdoors while working alongside a global community of passionate innovators. Rooted in the mountains and driven by a love for sport, we foster a collaborative and authentic culture where you’re empowered to push boundaries, grow your skills, and be part of shaping the future of skiing.
