Demand Generation Marketing Specialist (f/m/x)

YOUR JOB

You are passionate about data-driven marketing, creating innovative campaigns, and making a tangible impact on business growth. Join us to develop a performance marketing strategy that generates qualified leads, increases sales, and delivers measurable results.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing demand generation strategies to produce high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) aligned with sales goals.
  2. Managing lead generation campaigns across channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on CPL, MQL-to-SAL conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  3. Optimizing the lead funnel from initial capture through nurturing to sales handoff using A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques.
  4. Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, scoring, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  5. Utilizing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot to build nurturing programs that qualify and move leads efficiently through the funnel.
  6. Analyzing data from sources like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and inform strategic decisions.
  7. Managing paid media budgets to meet lead generation targets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROAS.
  8. Maintaining and enhancing SEO practices to support inbound lead generation.
  9. Exploring and applying AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign efficiency.

YOUR SKILLS

At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced B2B environment, with 2+ years in Google Ads management and performance campaigns.

Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns with clear objectives.

Creative thinker capable of developing engaging content and campaigns.

Deep knowledge of the Google ecosystem, including Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and SEO.

Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.

Confidence in data analysis and performance tracking to improve conversion rates through testing and user feedback.

Experience with tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

Organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate effectively with teams.

Excellent communication skills in German and English (minimum B2), along with presentation and copywriting skills.

The salary depends on your experience, with a minimum of €53,802 annually, as per the current collective agreement.
