Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical IoT support for our sepioo hardware and software products
• Analyze, process, and follow up on customer and partner requests
• Reproduce errors and customer-specific use cases
• Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams
• Contribute to building a support organization with appropriate tools, processes, and team members

Qualifications

Education:

• HTL or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in 2nd/3rd level support for hardware/software or in software development

Skills/Abilities:

• Programming skills (C#, Java, scripting languages) desirable
• Strong sense of responsibility and team collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze issues and work in a structured manner
• Independent, solution-oriented work style with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Languages:

• Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken

The minimum gross salary for this position is €3,843 per month, with potential overpayment based on qualifications.
