IT Process Consultant for Modern Workplace (f/m/x)

The Modern Workplace team is responsible for providing end-user-related infrastructure services and innovation for all business areas.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, and service-oriented team player, who feels comfortable working in a highly regulated banking environment.

Your mission at RBI

• Supporting the governance processes on workplace services
• Ensuring that our services are compliant with regulatory requirements
• Providing services to our CEE units according to specified service levels
• Controlling the proper use of Incident- & Problem-Management processes and tools
• Escalation handling and reporting on management level

Your core competencies

• Service management in an IT environment
• Experience dealing with regulatory requirements preferred in the banking sector
• Ability to handle outsourced services
• Knowledge of IT service delivery and support processes
• Project management capabilities and experience
• Understanding of the ITIL framework
• High level of initiative, persistence, flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Superb command of English (German optional)

• Salary: the offered gross yearly salary starts at €60,000 gross (basis full-time) including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
