Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect (Relocate to Malta/Big 4)

Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.

Role Overview

The Dynamics CE Technical Architect is a core team member of our client’s customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The architect will be involved in business processes and solution design, and will be hands-on in configuring and customizing Dynamics CE solutions, working with both onshore and offshore teams. Business travel may be required.

Requirements

• A university degree in computing or business discipline
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (2016, D365) & Power Platform Certifications are desirable
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform
• Minimum 10+ years of end-to-end implementation experience in Dynamics CRM
• Experience with Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
• Knowledge of Customer Engagement modules: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Field Services
• Understanding of Dataverse and Business Data Models
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering solutions across industries
• Consultancy experience in software delivery
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
• Solution design, development, testing, and deployment experience
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
• Optional: .NET, ASP.NET, C# development skills
