Assistant to Group Executive Office (f/m/x)

This position involves supporting the Head and Team of the Group Executive Office, assisting the RBI Group Board, and ensuring smooth business operations in an international, fast-paced environment. The role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare meetings and related documents
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
  • Manage incoming emails and process them independently
  • Support organizational matters within the division
  • Assist your manager with data and document preparation
  • Act as a communication interface to stakeholders
  • Manage specific processes and maintain relevant systems (SharePoint, Webdesk, Orbit, etc.)
  • Support ongoing projects
  • Manage the division head's calendar independently

Core Competencies

  • Completed (commercial) education or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Positive and supportive work attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and independence
  • Motivated, proactive, and resilient under pressure
  • Open-minded team player eager to learn
  • Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office
