We seek a strategic and experienced Operations Head to lead and transform our construction delivery and service organization in building technologies. This pivotal leadership role focuses on shaping operational and customer service strategies emphasizing efficiency, quality, and innovation.

You will define and execute business and technical strategies to improve productivity, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence. You will collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business goals and ensure global standards are implemented seamlessly across teams.

Leading a diverse team of engineering, service, and project delivery professionals, your leadership will drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation and offshoring, aligned with global and local strategies. An understanding of building automation and digitalization is essential. You will also serve as the final escalation point for mission-critical issues, ensuring sustainable solutions.

This role requires strong operational insight, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration internally and externally. You will refine workflows and leverage customer and supplier feedback to enhance service delivery.

To succeed, you should have 5-10 years of leadership in service operations, with experience in project management, supply chain, contract negotiation, transformation projects, and managing dispersed teams. Familiarity with building technologies market dynamics and expertise in workflow design and process optimization are key.
