Your Role
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be a strategic leader responsible for translating the company's vision into operational plans. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee daily operations, drive performance across business units, and align departmental efforts with the company's long-term goals. This high growth role involves:

• Contributing to strategic goals and converting them into comprehensive operational plans.
• Prioritizing and allocating resources effectively to deliver on initiatives.
• Developing metrics and milestones for tracking success.
• Leading the recruitment and retention of key people aligned with the company's vision and values.
• Cultivating a high-performance culture that embraces accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Establishing robust systems and processes for rapid expansion.
• Partnering with the CEO and CFO to prepare for expansion and globalization.
• Maintaining active communication with stakeholders regarding operational performance and strategic direction.
