Job Opportunity: Agile Coach / Scrum Master in Vienna

We are seeking an experienced professional located in Vienna, with the possibility of hybrid working, to support our agile teams.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting and guiding one or more agile teams
- Assisting in team building and fostering cooperation
- Leading continuous improvement processes through reflection and innovation
- Collaborating closely with the product owner
- Participating in the Agile Community of Practice to network teams and facilitate change
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in Scrum and Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus
- Experience in software development or IT project management
- Several years of Agile experience, preferably as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile techniques, including XP
- Understanding of software development processes
- Excellent communication skills for coaching and change management
- Solution-oriented, creative, empathetic approach
- Big-picture thinking, openness to innovation, and courage to implement change
- Proficiency in German and English
- Technologies used: Java, JavaEE, Angular, Git, Maven, Docker, Jenkins, Jira

The minimum salary for this position is €54,000 gross per year (38.5 hours/week), with potential overpayment and bonuses based on experience and qualifications.
