Lead the Future of Global Networking

We’re seeking a visionary Product Manager (Networks) to shape and drive the transformation of our global networking capabilities. You’ll lead a dynamic, high-performing team across architecture, delivery, and engineering to evolve our network services, influence strategic outcomes, and elevate the organisation’s digital backbone.

As the champion of the Networks product suite, you’ll own the roadmap, optimise service performance, and represent the voice of the customer. Day to day:

  • Responsible for defining and executing the product strategy
  • Identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape to develop a product that meets the needs of the target market and differentiates the product from competitors
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and sales to develop and launch the product
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product to create a go-to market plan and identify the best channels to reach the target customers
  • Track key metrics aligned to the overall business objectives, such as revenue, customer acquisition and retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements and update

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 5+ years professional experience in a product management role (Networks)
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, able to understand the market, competition, and financials to drive product success
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, use data and metrics to make informed product decisions
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire the team to deliver their best work
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to all stakeholders, including engineers, designers, marketers, and executives
  • Strong Product Vision: Create a clear and compelling product vision and guide the team towards achieving the product goals
  • Product Management: Use best-practice product management methodologies to rapidly research, prototype, test and iterate new features
  • Product Roadmap: Assists with the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap outlining key milestones and priorities for the product development team
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of the customer and their needs to create a product that meets those needs
  • Strategic Thinking: Able to think strategically about the product, anticipating potential issues and planning ahead to ensure that the product is successful
  • Collaboration: Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, product and marketing
