Your Contributions

• Standardize our IT product range (servers, storage, backup, virtualization) using your technical expertise.
• Gather requirements, evaluate, coordinate implementation, and define necessary processes.
• Evaluate and test new hardware and software, create and maintain concepts.
• Plan and coordinate IT infrastructure services, asset & license management, patch & release management.
• Communicate with stakeholders, manufacturers, service providers, and internal teams on topics like capacity and security management.
• Create, analyze, and maintain reports on assets, licenses, planning, installations, and configurations.
• Support IT projects such as rollouts, non-standard changes, and service requests.

Your Skills

• Technical IT education, university degree in business informatics, or comparable qualification.
• Experience in planning, implementing, maintaining, and developing IT infrastructure services in server/client environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management processes is advantageous.
• Structured and proactive work style, creative problem-solving, and team integration skills.

Note: The minimum gross annual salary starts at €55,000, with potential overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
